Prof. Shuai Ma

Shuai Ma (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Peking University, China, in 2004, and The University of Edinburgh, England, in 2010, respectively. He is a Professor with the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Beihang University, China. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Database Group, University of Edinburgh, a Summer Intern with Bell Labs, Murray Hill, NJ, and a Visiting Researcher with MSRA. His research interests include big data, database theory and systems, data cleaning and data quality, and graph data analysis.H-index: 41

Prof. Hongwei Li 

University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China

Hongwei Li is a Professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), where he serves as the Director of the Center for Faculty Development. He was elected an IEEE Fellow in 2024 and was appointed as a Distinguished Professor of the Major Talent Program of the Ministry of Education in 2019. Prof. Li is a member of the Guideline Development Group for a Major Project under the 15th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He also served as the Lead of the Cyberspace Data Governance Direction, "Cyberspace Security Governance" Key Project (14th Five-Year Plan, MOST). He is the Director of the National Innovation and Talent Recruitment Base for Data Security Governance. Within the academic community, Prof. Li is the Chair of the Communications and Information Security Technical Committee (CISTC) of the IEEE Communications Society and a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society. His research interests focus on data security and AI security. He has published 85 papers in journals indexed as JCR-Q1 or CCF Category A. His scholarly work has been recognized with the IEEE Signal Processing Society Best Paper Award (2025) and distinguished paper awards at leading international conferences such as ACM CCS (2025). He is also a recipient of the First Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (2019) and the First Prize of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award (2021).

Prof. Shuyin Xia

Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China

Xia Shuyin is a Guomai Scholar Distinguished Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Chongqing Association for Artificial Intelligence, Director of the Chongqing Key Laboratory of Computational Intelligence, Vice Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Vice Dean of the Institute of Frontier Interdisciplinary Studies, and Executive Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Cyberspace Big Data Intelligent Computing, Ministry of Education. He has led several national key projects, including the National Key R&D Program, the NSFC Original Exploration Project, and the National Excellent Young Scientists Fund. Together with Wang Guoyin, Gao Xinbo, and others, he proposed the Granular-Ball Computing theory. His related research outcomes have been published in major artificial intelligence journals and conferences such as IEEE TPAMI, TKDE, TIP, TNNLS, TCYB, ICML, CVPR, WWW, AAAI, ICDE, and IJCAI. He is recognized as a World's Top 2% Scientist. He has received the First Prize of the CCF Natural Science Award, the First Prize of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Chongqing Natural Science Award, and the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award. His research interests include Granular-Ball Computing and its applications in computer vision, machine learning, data mining, graph learning, deep learning, evolutionary computation, swarm intelligence, abductive learning, semantic communication, economic management, and beyond.His work has earned awards including the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, First Prize of the Chongqing Natural Science Award, First Prize of the CCF Natural Science Award, and the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Progress Award.

Prof. Shaojie Qiao

Professor Shaojie Qiao is a Sichuan Provincial-Level Talent and a recipient of the Sichuan Provincial Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He is a Professor and PhD Supervisor, and currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the international journal Journal of Data Science and Intelligent Systems.He is a two-time recipient of theSecond Prize and a two-time recipient of theThird Prize of theSichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. He also received theThird Prize of the19th Sichuan Provincial Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, theFirst Prize of theSichuan Provincial Computer Science and Technology Award, and theFirst Prize of theBagui Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology AwardHe has served asPrincipal Investigator (PI) for theSichuan Provincial Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars project and forfour projects funded by theNational Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Over the past five years, he has publishedover 30 papers inIEEE/ACM Transactions journals, among other high-quality venues. He serves as areview expert for various programs of theMinistry of Science and Technology (MOST), anevaluation expert for science and technology talent awards of theChina Association for Science and Technology (CAST), areview expert for theNational Key Research and Development Program, apanel review expert for various programs of theNational Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and areview expert for various programs of theMinistry of Education (MOE).
